Growing success at Fastrak

If we are in the midst of a recession, no-one seems to have told Cheshire based Fastrak Retail.

Their already impressive growth gains yet more speed with the confirmation of a significant order from Camelot UK Lotteries. They’ve asked Fastrak to supply 7,000 more ‘play stations’, (the units where you can collect and fill in your National Lottery tickets), to add to their existing orders.

Not only that, the company has also secured large rolling orders from Cosmetics brand Collection 2000 for point of sale display stand fixtures, to be sited in big high street stores like Superdrug, Boots and independent stores.

It all adds up to good news for Macclesfield, with Fastrak taking on an additional 18,000 square foot facility in the town, to house the new production line equipment required to meet demand together with additional plastic injection moulding machinery that the company has acquired as part of its ongoing investment program.

What’s more the facility will also become home to between 10 and 12 additional staff that will be employed to help fulfill the increase in orders. Add that to the 10 new employees who have started with the company in just the past twelve months and you’ll see exactly how committed Fastrak are to the area.

To build on their success in the design and manufacture of point of sale displays, Fastrak are also undertaking a complete overhaul of their brand with a new logo and website to reflect the company’s global expansion. This new look is also designed to bring their offices in New York and Asia into line with the UK operation.
